Most Sculptures are created of local Florida woods that have been discarded. They include Oak, Cedar and Wild Florida Cherry.
Woods differ in colors. Florida cedar is redish with bands of light wood. Oak can be light with degrees of redish tints. The grain is often very pronounced.
